Lead Data Analyst in Mobile Game Development

Job description
Severex is a dynamic mobile game development studio dedicated to crafting high-quality entertainment for a global audience. We are on the lookout for a seasoned Lead Data Analyst with a robust background in Game Development to enhance our team.

Requirements
- Higher technical education
- 3+ years of experience in analytics, including at least 1 year in a lead role
- Proven experience in game analytics
- Strong command of Python and SQL (preferably Snowflake or BigQuery)
- Experience with BI tools (preferably Tableau)
- Solid knowledge of probability theory and statistics, including A/B testing
- Hands-on experience with machine learning models and statistical methods
- Experience with mobile attribution tools (Adjust or Appsflyer)
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the company’s product and marketing analytics direction
- Maintain and enhance dashboards and analytical tools
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Monetization, UA, and Game Design teams
- Improve and optimize the data warehouse (DWH) and data collection processes
- Drive the development of the Data Science stream (predictive models, LTV, player clustering, etc.)
- Manage and mentor a team of analysts: set KPIs, conduct reviews, and build efficient internal processes
