- Lead Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Reporting & Liquidity functions
- Manage international settlements and payment flows
- Oversee liquidity, credit, FX & operational risks
- Build relationships with banks, PSPs, payment institutions, brokers & exchanges
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
- Ensure IFRS, regulatory reporting, audit & compliance requirements
- Oversee Forex and cryptocurrency-related operations
- Provide financial insights and profitability analysis
- Support strategic expansion and investment initiatives
Требования
- 5+ years of CFO / senior finance leadership experience in Fintech, Payments, Banking, Forex, EMI, PSP or Crypto
- Strong expertise in Treasury, Liquidity & Settlements
- Excellent knowledge of IFRS, accounting, taxation & reporting
- Understanding of EU payment regulations
- Experience with Forex and/or Crypto markets
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Fluent English & Russian
- ACCA / CPA / CFA / CMA or equivalent is a plus
